Replacement of 152 large existing windows with new double glazed window units to the Thistle Street building and overhauling and refurbishing 94 sash & case windows to the Category C listed Queen Street building, all whilst the building was fully occupied.

Works also included stone repairs and repointing the entire building; roof repairs; joinery works and decorations.

The project required a high level of planning, constant communication with the client and contract administrator, and thorough site management to minimise the impact on Royal London’s day to day business operations.

Leigh Fyfe, Facilities Manager at Royal London said, "Great credit should go to Peter and Iain, for their organisation, constant communication and high level of planning that they brought to this project. I am very impressed such significant works were achieved with minimal impact on (our) day to day business operations and on time."
