Avenue North was established in January 2010 as a joinery based main contractor with core professional skills in Cost and Project Management. Over the years we have undertaken a diverse range of interesting and challenging projects and through these have grown into a very experienced construction company with a wealth of skills to successfully deliver any project we undertake.
In 2018 we extended our joinery manufacturing services with new workshop premises based at Bilston Glen.
Peter is responsible for the delivery of projects and manages our construction and refurbishment team. From a Project Management background, he has worked on some of the most prominent buildings in the UK and brings a wealth of experience and highly professional management approach to our projects.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Iain has extensive experience and has managed projects in all industry sectors from small residential works to multi million pound commercial developments.
