Longniddry Inn – Punch Taverns

The refurbishment of this cottage is one of eight property refurbishments ranging in value from £40,000 to £160,000 undertaken for Punch Taverns.

Works generally involve structural alterations and internal layout alterations, roof overhauls, stone repairs, rewiring, new plumbing and heating systems, new kitchens, bathrooms and finishes.  A key element of the works is high specification sound proofing due to the proximity of licensed premises.

We provided feasibility analysis, cost appraisals, budgeting and cost reporting prior to commencement and during works.
