Thistle St, Queen St, Henderson Place Lane – Edinburgh
Alterations and refurbishment works to Royal London’s three offices within Edinburgh. Works included:
- New floor coverings and decoration of all floors within all three buildings.
- Thistle Street reception area upgrade including new glazed partitioning, new veneered panels to reception desk and back panel.
- Various office area upgrades.
- New lighting and redecoration of kitchen, drystore and restaurant.
- New floor coverings and decoration of complete floors of Queen Street.
- Joinery maintenance including replacement of doors.
- Splashback cladding to restaurant server.
- Suspended ceiling upgrades.
- Roof repairs.
- External landscaping and floodlighting around Henderson Place Lane.
Leigh Fyfe, Facilities Manager at Royal London said,
